Doubt that would happen as taxes in the UK are usurious. Academically speaking, I do not think so as there would have to be a similar law in the US or an agreement between the two countries. The cost of enforcement would be an issue also. It is not as if you are seeking justice for a mass murderer or dealing in kiddie porn. The motivation to indict just isn't there.
