I don't think Coulter has a goatee but she does have an adam's apple and man hands so it's likely she has and is everything else you posted.

She shakes uncontrollably so it's either tons of diet pills or something else that keeps her as mean as Mean Jean Schmidt. Why are Republicans so mean?

Maybe they should come out of every closet they are in and join the human race before it's too late for them.
