You nailed it. 2004 was almost a constitutional disaster if 40k votes switched in ohio. Given the current nature of our pres system, we are headed for a real mess unless we go to one man one vote for president. A constitutional change is in order. We are not what we were when the founders created us--states are not as important and perhaps regions and urban/rural criteria are more important.
