AS What everyone that hold tech stocks are looking to get the hell out at breakeven because they know it ain't going back up to the sky. Dotcoms bubble is over and telecom companies are overly highly leveraged. Take a look around at CLEC's and RBOC's. Are they going up or down or at inflection point? Chips sector is depending on telecom and dotcoms. So I'm asking who are the cash cows for semis and networkers. I still haven't seen the answers.
