Mad2,

I'm not going to engage in a petty argument about what you said. Anyone can read your posts and my posts on the dog pound and draw their own conclusion about what you said and whether my responses make sense. The fact remains that nearly every publicly traded company issues options and warrants to investors or employees. For you to conclude that a stock is going to trade to some ridiculous number just because options are being exercised is IMO a crock of crap. At some point options MUST be exercised because they expire.

Regarding your other inflammatory comments:

<Fhich (sic) is it Dan, are you a paid stock promoter or just a fool trying to promote GUMM in the face of the fact that insiders are cashing out.>

There's a third option that you left out. I am simply refuting the lies, deception, criminal shenanigans, and bullshi* from you and other short sellers because I have integrity and a desire to have information discussed in an honest manner. I am not a paid stock promoter, nor am I trying to promote GUMM while I sell as you imply. In fact, I bought more stock on Friday at 13 5/8, 13 7/8, and 13 15/16, and I will add more as market conditions dictate. Insiders are not cashing out as you have incorrectly asserted.

<What I don't understand is why the irrational arguments in favor of GUMM in the face of the fact that it's "potential" is fading quickly.>

Do you have proof that their potential is fading? You are a liar. I have proof that their potential is just starting and it is contained in Gum Tech's last press release that said orders in Q4 with about six weeks remaining in the quarter were already 500% higher than Q3. Orders didn't stop when that press release was issued are obviously even higher now. The company also said in a press release that they were going to start shipping Zicam internationally as soon as possible. Comments from consumers to the company have been very positive since the USA article was printed. The company is increasing their production capacity and is still having a hard time keeping up with demand. Their potential has just begun and the fourth quarter will be the first of many consecutive profits for Gum Tech. You can't refute any of this with facts so you resort to unsubstantiated one-liners. As in the past, your most recent one-liners will be proven false.

<QGLY is getting slammed in the media by the FTC who is putting them (and other purveyors of Zinc homopathetic (sic) treatments) in their place.>

Quigley's problems have been hashed and rehashed here. Their problems have nothing to do with Gum Tech and I'm not going to rehash it all. Anybody who is interested can read Quigley's press releases and see that your statement is full of deception.

<Worse is the fact that insiders get 3 out of the 4 bucks that the market pays for the stock......GUMM only gets 1 buck.>

More rehash. The options that are being exercised were issued years ago when GUMM was trading in the 5 to 7 area. The fact that the stock is higher now is a tribute to Gum Tech building shareholder value and not some shady deal as you have tried to imply. Companies from AOL to YHOO to CSCO to IBM to XXX issued options and warrants years ago when their stock prices were lower. Apparently you just don't understand how this works.

If you jokers want to have an HONEST discussion about Gum Tech, bring it on. So far your posts are filled with unsubstantiated negative innuendoes and outright lies and you never address hard responses to your bogus gibberish. You shorts have been wrong about GUMM all year and you will be wrong going forward. The short term dip in the stock price doesn't mean squat about the long term future of this company.

A good Sunday to all.
