Sharck perhaps I read your post wrong, and if I did I am sorry, but an economic SUPER TANKER like the US is will take much longer to get to 1/2 of the previous growth rate.........like 2003 until we seeover 3%.

Yes I did read the IMF report and that sounds too conservative?
