As of Jan. 13, 1997 (over a hear ago) the outstanding shares was just over 7 million shares. Since then they have purchased a Pretzel company in Canada, gotten other financing I assume, and made a private placement of 2 million shares. This is the little information I am aware of. As of early Feb. 1998, there are about 16 million outstanding shares. At 7 million shares the company was worth just about nothing. At 16 million shares the company is definitely worth something ... and hopefully a lot more.
