It is strategic all right:

Aug. 25, 1998: The Company is actively involved in negotiations with 15 business acquisition possibilities located in Western United States and Canada. One tire business acquisition ($3 million revenue) is under contract with an anticipated closing within the next 60 to 90 days. The Company's goal is to close 4 to 6 acquisitions representing a revenue base of $100 million or more by December 1999.

March 02, 1999: The company's original plan was targeted at the Petroleum Distribution and Tire Retail and Wholesale industries. WOTD is in the process of re-aligning its corporate structure with an updated plan to broaden the targeted industry base beyond the Petroleum and Tire businesses. Further information will be forthcoming regarding the revisions to the WOTD business plan.

March 08, 1999: The board authorized the formation of a wholly owned subsidiary corporation to be named International Internet Petroleum & Tire Distributors Inc. (IIPT)
The spin-off of the WOTD project is designed to allow IIPT to focus on the petroleum and tire project and allow the company to pursue other business opportunities.

March 30, 1999: Western Oil & Tire Distributors, Inc. (OTC BB:WOTD - news), renamed Saratoga International Holdings, Corp. (''SIHC''), announced it has reached an agreement in principal to acquire Eclipse Energy of Calgary, Alberta, Canada.
This acquisition will establish a foundation for Saratoga, (WOTD) to launch its venture into the energy field.

April 20, 1999: Western Oil & Tire Distributors Inc. (OTC BB:WOTD) renamed Saratoga International Holdings Corp., ("SIHC", trading symbol WOTD) announced today that it has reached an agreement in principle to acquire the assets of Internet Interview, Inc. of Aventura, FL.
The acquisition of III by SIHC will be another step in implementation of the company's growth by acquisition plan.

Anyone care to venture a guess what their next PR will be about?

P.S. I still think the Intergalactic Internet Petroleum and Tire Distributors PR was the best...
