What's wrong with this picture:

"I talked to the Fidelity lawyer on Wed. I sorta called him w/o thinking through what to ask him specifically, and he was not really a talkative type, but he was willing to speak to me which was good. He said he was representing us on behalf of Fidelity, not Fidelity itself, so I said I would probably use his help even though I already sent in my answer. He really wants to challenge the jurisdiction for anybody not in Oklahoma state. I wish I asked him something like "do you think our shares will trade?" but I didn't press him on that. I'm pretty sure he was hired to address this lawsuit specifically. Marianne was supposed to fax me that form but it hasn't shown up yet. Anyways, just thought I'd let you all know that I spoke to him briefly, and that he is worth calling."

OF COURSE HE DOESN'T WANT THIS TO GO TO TRIAL MORON!!!!! IF HE GETS THE CASE SQUASHED ON YOUR SO CALLED BEHALF THEN WHAT...THIS FUKR WILL NEVER TRADE AND THEY WILL NEVER HAVE TO GET YOU VALID SHARES --MONEYMADE IMO
