Jill, It is addictive---but---Thanks to MSFT options she quit her job a couple of months ago. From February 98 to March 99--- she is up 135 times her initial investment (which i won't disclose). About 110 of that is due to MSFT; 5 to INTEL; 15 due to Dell; 5 to Wal-mart. approx.

She want to enjoy the money. Hates trading; hates SI; wants me out of the Market. I don't blame her. I used to go 100% of hers and mine investments in out of the money call options--luckily we made it. If there was no Microsoft, i would never have gone beyond mutual funds.

I was planning on taking up day trading but decided against it. Trading is a lot like gambling and just as addictive. Investing is a good. I will probably try trading stocks to some degree but will avoid options.
