No... he's sort of a doofus with a bunch of misdirected, delusional, self proclaimed masterminds influencing his every policy.

I think he does have a problem when speaking, unscripted, to crowds. He's smart; but it doesn't come through. His delievery of scripted speeches are often great.

But did you catch the David Frost interview on PBS tonight? Bush was impressive in this one-on-one situation. Came across as sharp, smart, and focused.

It is unfortunate that the Left has chosen to ignore Bush's great leadership and interaction on a more personal level, in favor of referring to his appointments as "neanderthals". But then, the Left has nothing but namecalling on its agenda. So, if they didn't namecall, what, on Earth, would they be running on?
