Active ETFs for tax free bonds

Hi,

Has anyone invested in active tax free bond ETFs? If so, would appreciate your experience, recommendations for ultrashort, short & intermediate term maturities ETFs. Can even consider an active ETF where the manager decides on the maturities.

Same thing for taxable ETFs for my IRA accounts.

I am planning to move from mutual funds to ETFs gradually.
