Hi, Mike!!! Well, I wrote KFOG a very long email today, telling them I was a very long-term listener, enclosing with it your hilarious description of how hopeless it was to talk to the receptionist to get a song set up with a dedication to play on my birthday, and explaining that your gesture was sweet and that I was disappointed because I sat around from six am until noon waiting, on my birthday for goodness sakes!
They sent back a very unsympathetic reply, saying they had "thousands" of requests, and it would be impossible to even see if they had played the song you guys chose for my birthday. Well, I know they have a printed playlist, because I have called before and asked the name of a song I had heard earlier when I was in the car or something, and they always are able to check and tell me.
SOOOOOOOOOO, I wrote back and told them that their customer service sucked, and that even though I had enjoyed their radio station in the past, that was over, and I would find a station that cared about their listeners.
So, sorry, but they did get the full force of whatever I could give them to display our displeasure. I don't usually use profane language, but in this situation, KFUK is right!!!!!!!!!! |
