The Celts brewed Mead which is close to biere 10,000 years ago. When they lived in Northern China 7,000 BC in Xinjiang province they were known to the Chinese as the "troublesome people." This is obviously because of the legendary Celtic behaviour after three or four brewskis. The formula was quaff 1, kill two, quaff 2, kill 3 and so on. They recently found the mummified bodies of blonde haired Celts in the Xinjiang desert complete with perfectly preserved leather clothing, chariots, and metal swords, with two figures with skin intact, both clutching the same half empty brown glass bottle, their swords plunged into each other. It was assumed at first that the dry air had dessicated and kept intact the bodies for 10,000 years until it was found that the blood alcohol level, maintained in equilibrium by the tannin in the leather was 15.65 mils per liter, sufficient to preserve flesh against all decay.
