Penni, true story.... I was about 15 and one of the kids I hung out with got killed that way. Thank GOD I wasn't there to witness the incident that night. But from my friends who were eye witnesses, the car was going maybe 30 mph, the kid slid off and clonked his head against the curve and died. It was awful! The entire school practically showed up for his funeral. The kid driving, a normal teenager never seemed to be the same again. Or maybe it was me who could never look at him the same again. I'm not sure. Just a freak accident I guess. Needless to say, I never climbed on the hood of a moving car again! And I would definitely NOT understand either! Michael
