Excuse the sharpness please; -- your post looked like and
still does look like misinformation and it seemed appropriate
to expose it.

Lack of prepayments visible on Tuesday in the financials
will not disprove the theory that the failed USRX negotiations
were about much more than just the DMT license as Pat has
conjectured.

Clearly the Sumitimo and even the Siemens
deals are very different from what USRX probably had in mind.
Isnt is obvious that Siemens (call it joint development if you
want) is a totally different animal from USRX. So I still
think your `logic' is really stretching it.
