I am pleased that Mr. Grannis' erred only in his knowledge of Reg S and not for the other reasons that could have been ascribed to his statements. I view Qualcomm as a potentially good investment and could not have done so with those doubts in mind.

I am not able to see a difference between Qualcomm's use of Reg S and WIND's. You seem to imply that WIND was not "up front" about their offerring and I have to differ. This thread was aware of and had discussed the issue long before the actual fact of the offerring.

While I still don't have a full understanding of all the reasons,I do not have(nor did I ever have) any doubts that the best interests of WIND's shareholders would be served.

In the meantime, WIND has delivered another excellent quarter and with the revenues from all the many sources we have discussed beginning to make their way to the bottom line,I look forward to that record increasing.
