Amy, RE: Personally, am finding it hard to believe we'll have bad news with Hardware, namely because when you look at how long the recovery has been in capex, by my guestimation that's not long enough of a recovery for the completion of an upgrade cycle The flip side of this is that the decline after the Bubble was really rather muted. That said, the weakness in software/services was pretty much across the board last week. I think that SAP might have been the only company on my screen to report a good quarter. I can't spot any general reasons why.
