Yes terrorists do retire. Like Mohammar Khaddafi whom Bushie oil companies just made a deal with. Abu Abbas and Abu Nidal were also retired. Not active. Too old and soft for that sort of thing. Arafat is a retired terrorist.

There were no active anti-US terrorist cells inside Iraq. There was no Al Qaida connection. There was no 9-11 connection. There were no WMD's. There was no active nulcear program. All of this Cheney-Bush lied about.
