I'm not sure about that.

In the surveys that hit me, the closest option I had was "health care."

Health care showed up pretty high as a concern in surveys.

I think the question should be surveyed directly.

Such as

"Assume everything about two candidates were exactly the same. Yet one was in favor of a doctor being able to prescribe marijuana for a seriously sick person and the other against. Which would you vote for? The candidate for or against?"

"Could such a stand change your vote?"

A similar set of questions could be asked about current federal raids on supplies of medical marijuana which are designed to deprive sick persons in CA of their, otherwise, lawful medicine.
