I saw him in STL, he certainly could run versus bad defenses and for a while the over SF team was pretty good. Wilson\ can run but is a good leader. Cape acted like an ass on the field - I detest hot dogs and his field antics ranked up there. It was all about him and not the team. His never protested anything until he was benched. When it is all about you, you have to so something besides sit on the bench and carry a clip board.

I put him in the same category as Richie Incognito. I have watched a football game in over 4 years and that is a major improvement
