It is rare that I get an obvious bad fill. I know absolutely nothing about Electronic Fills except that it seems common in fast markets on the electronic fill.

I imagine that it shall not become an issue until, well, until the absolute worst day to have it become an issue.

Given market conditions and challenges we are building a new
seminar at CBOE for very advanced users. The seminar series
should roll out in April with the first seminar to be held
in Chicago. During May expiration week I'm scheduled to do
two of these seminars in the New York area, one downtown and
another in Greenwich (home of the hedge fund community).
The seminar will address trading in a hi vol. and changing
vol. environments. It will cover both equities, indices and
better understanding VIX. We are designing it now and final
details will appear on the CBOE web site at www.cboe.com
when they are complete. I expect details to post in the
next couple of weeks, but details(dates, time and
location)are not totally final. Unlike other CBOE seminars
we would like under qualified investors NOT TO ATTEND, so
this seminar will have a charge of $100 associated with it.

are final.
