That is so true for the mainstream. But when consumers demand health conscious foods, and doctors who are holistic- they will get them. There are already alternative food systems for people who demand better food. If everyone stopped eating corn chips, then corn chips would no longer be made. Right? I know the food industry has an unfair advantage- with it's clever marketing, and foods manufactured to appeal to the most basic cravings of human beings. But there must be a way to make things better for more people.
