James and other fellow NN shareholders. This deal with ALA is really starting to stink, to be quite blunt. NN has traded at substantially higher prices in the past, while ALA stock seems weak at best. We got no collar to protect us from ALA price collapse that is occurring, and no way to get out of the deal without ALA getting to buy shares to dilute NN. I think the investment banker has done a really lousey job, doing absolutely nothing for NN except letting it be looted. ALA should give a share of ALA per NN share, and there should be a guaranteed bottom at which NN can free of charge escape. Like I said, this deal really stinks big time!
