Just got back from the shareholder's meeting. The officers and board really have their act together. This is a solid R&D company with lots of experience. They are currently 6 months into a 18 month plan to move from R&D to commercial sales and production. The marketing folks are working with the top 12 notebook manufacturers, providing them info, demo units of the 4 watt - 10 hours battery. They think that they will have an OEM deal in 12 months. Also, their ballance sheet has a $14M loss carry forward from past operations which will go to off-set taxable income with they finally go into the black.
