Thanks for the summary! What is your opinion on the system, do you believe it is random? I am convinced it is, and frankly that is nice to know. What do you think? I don't know Bob. I think I'll be conservative and reserve comment. All I know for certain about anything is that I have a printout of my time-stamp.<g> I agree with you--I think no matter what it is now, they'll probably go random. IMO they want people to visit their site after market hours and more folks will, for IPO's, if they know they have a fighting chance no matter what time they post their IOI. Best wishes, Tom
