Open discussion does work. You guys prove that.
It is not a matter of winning a posting competition, it is about discussing issues and hearing what others have to say. Seldom do people change how they will vote, so we all know that to convert a vote is nearly impossible and not worth the effort.

And I read your comment in the literal. And popped off.
Your literal reading of School's open till 6 may be correct.
I read it as, a program named school's open till 6

Neither of us(I believe)heard the remarks and both may be taking them out of context.
Sorry to climb down your throat.
The program is probably doomed to failure before it sees the light of day.
