I manage a warehouse (oh the glamour...bright lights) for a day job. All the folks in my department are absolutely trusted at their word and I tell them this when they are hired. The quickest ticket to the door is dishonesty. Oddly, in three years, only one employee has bought that ticket. I trust people almost foolishly. But once they've proven they can lie to me, there is no redemption. That may be a hard stance, but, without the canvas of truth, you can never be sure of the picture...ever.

I maintain a position in Scangraphics and look to add to it whenever the funds become available. The other people I have talked to at the company have shot straight with me and I am optimistic. One director saying something can't dampen my enthusiasm for the future of this company and the potential of the current formula.

Mr Lanza's 'facts' in part are unsupportable and others are interpretations of current events. Any item drawn out of context can look suspect and make a half full glass of water look half empty.
