If this information sent to us is false, by all means, let's take it down and I'll issue you a formal apology here.
IMS President Hoevel during his recent deposition told us, that he was the acting President of IPIQ as of June 22, 1998. I have made the leap to believe this was an important date for all IPIQ employees as well. In Exhibit "A" of documents I felt were official (they were forwarded by President Hoevel) under "IPIQ Management and Key Personnel" , your name was listed and your extensive accomplishments over the past 30 years in IC design noted in particular. It affirmed that you had served IMS since April, 1996 prior to joining IPIQ technical staff.
Frank, I try to shoot straight here to whoever reads this forum. If President Hoevel is wrong about this, let's hear it. I have no stomach for repeating falsehood, or making things up.
