Hello Paul....I am currently long the Jan 5 call options.

The November 7 1/2 calls were a good buy when the stock hit the support at $8 3/8 although I was waiting for a confirmation for support before I bought those Nov. 7 1/2 calls @ 1 7/16. I dumped them all yesterday at $2 1/4 and a little early but a gain in my dictionary is better than a loss.
The stock at this point is mid-way between the major support -$8 1/2 and major resistance $10 3/4 - $11.

The Jan 5 calls/February 5 calls in my opinion are the best buy since they carry very little premium. I believe we will strike $12 1/2 - $13 over the next 2 - 3 months. The 5 calls currently trade in the neighbourhood of $5. A potential gain of 50% and more is very possible
given that the trend in this stock is up.

Take a look at the NOVL chart at dbc.com.

There is a possibility we could see $8 5/8 - $8 3/4 before moving onto $12 1/2.

V.K

P.S Reagardless of the direction of this market, NOVL is on the uptrend.
