Teflon, MD is smart but he can only grow DELL at a certain speed. He won't have the magic power for DELL to beat numbers in the next several quarters. DELL at 40 might be a decent buy, but definitely a sell above 50. It has strong support at 37.5-38.5. But the overhang is just too much and the growing concern of slowing business will be too much for momentum players to jump onto the bandwagon for a long period of time. MSFT is in a different situation. This is the only issue that has the pleasure of massaging its number at will. I think that MSFT will report sth between 0.67-0.69. If the market turns dramatically bearish, don't be surprised to see Softie report 0.75 to jump start the tech sector. They are the master at playing this kind of game. enjoy, larry!
