"Cast iron" is what happens when you've become very aroused, only to have your lover toss your mettle by saying she's not in the mood.

This iron is then collected by entrepreneurial fabricators and fashioned into cookware (skillets and such) renowned for its durability. I've seen some women's kitchens that are just full of this stuff.
