SANM/ALRN ratio: Does anyone see any real risk to this transaction being consummated? The agreement calls for $13.65 per ALRN share minimum ($1.50 spread right now). I will be looking at all the recent analyst comments this weekend to assess the telecom warnings and their effect of SANM's revenues going forward. I'll try to post them next week.
