IMHO, WIND is a great buy at these prices. Their products are essential to drive the next wave of computer technology upgrade (i.e. I2O and RTOS), behind the vision of a globalized central computer network. If you think it is impossible and unpractical to network the earth, ask your phone company. They practically networked all the phones on earth.
The fact Wind is doing things with the military and U.S. government is a great indication of the type of technical presence it will be in the near future. a lot modern day common technologies, such as TCP/IP and CDMA, originated from defense projects. When these mediums are available to the masses, WIND has the potential to become the MSFT of 21st century.
I'm buying this stock on a cost-average basis. Hopefully, it will average out the volatility.

Visicom (Wind customer) and Motorola: "VisiCom announced today it has received a $2 million contract from Government Technologies Services, Inc. of Chantilly, Virginia, to provide 18 rugged signal search and analysis systems for use by Marine Corps Radio Reconnaissance Teams to gather intelligence on hostile forces. The systems are known as the Radio Reconnaissance Equipment Program Signals Intelligence Suite #1 (RREP SS-1), a small, lightweight signals-intelligence system that provides a strategic link in capturing key intelligence data transmitted via radio frequencies used throughout the world by the military, police, irregular and other forces.
