The other scenario for "another buying opportunity for long term investors" would be an earnings warning by ANY of the semi equipt manufacturers, or given UTEK's exposure, more bad news out of the disk drive sector. Early warning season will soon be upon us; if I were Mr. Short, I'd be waiting until the end of the month to take advantage of this. As a Mr. Long, I'll be waiting until then to add to my position, too, and I'll bet most of the fund managers will, too. Bob
