Bought more OCLR today at $8.71 and sold October $9 calls for $0.32 with a potential option yield of 3.4% for 18 days. Also analyst upgrade today. The sector is correcting with leader ACIA seeing a lot of selling pressure and negative articles as eventually happen to any high flyer. October 3.. Analyst James Kisner cites near- to medium-term drivers for Oclaro ( OCLR+0.9%) including 100G metro network deployments in North America (Verizon especially), optical network expansion in China and a 100G upgrade cycle in Datacom with resulting growth among data center interconnect applications. Sets $11.25 price target (current price $8.63).
