Under Clinton's watchful eye: Ah.. that's why Clinton launched Operation Desert Fox in 1998, after UNSCOM inspectors had effectively been thrown out of Iraq.. Or are you admitting that the REAL reason he launched the attack was to destract the American public from Impeachment proceedings due to the Monicagate? It has to one of the two reasons Geode.. Either Saddam was no longer in compliance with UNSC binding resolutions, or Clinton was performing a "wag the dog" exercise. Which is it? You didn't know that did you.
