Even the idea of mass deportations has possible non racist motivations. Its quite possible that the majority of those that would strongly support a massive and determined effort to deport millions of illegals are at least mild racists, but the two things are not intrinsically connected, and I doubt that 100% or even 99+% of them are racists.

The "wall" idea probably has less corelation with racism. Sure a good percentage of people who are racist against Mexicans probably support it, and most likely non-insignificant percentage of the supporters of "the wall" are racists, but there are certainly more than a few non-racist supporters of the idea.
