Ryan,
I don't know if you meant to send your post to Mr. Chew or me. I will offer my unqualified opinion, none the less. First off, I am happy to report that I do not have a position on ACRT. I believe that there are far better places to put your hard earned cash right now. Second, I agree that the release was a waste. Third, Amos can't buy any shares right now because he is somewhat bankrupt and also under house arrest by Mr. Pink. I recall a discussion that he does own considerable stock or options, but I really don't know for sure. Finally, as to my opinion as to when we may see some upside, or how much downside is left, I doesn't look good for Rice and Co. They look like a pummelled boxer with glazed eyes and legs are about to fail. This is a volatile stock and it could go up or down. Individual Investor has put the kiss of death on them and they will probably downgrade after their next meeting with Rice.
This is just opinion and I have often seen stocks go in opposite directions of where I thought they would go. I leave you with the following thought from the writings of Peter Lynch. He said, "The lowest price a stock can go to is zero." I don't think that will happen with this Actrade, but the potential is there. Perhaps Mr. Pink could could project the share value based on the air conditioner business alone, if the TAD business disintegrates.
Sorry I couldn't be a little more upbeat, but you did ask for opinion. I hope you manage to survive this one with a bit of profit for yourself.
