I agree that it is possible, but the way it is phrased doesnt make it sound like they are making an acquisition. IMO, such an announcment would either not be mentioned, or be phrased differently. Bottom line, if the news is LU, it isnt going to mean much to the market, everyone knows LU is trying like hell to get money for debt payments, and if the news is how it seems to be phrased, then it isnt good. I think either way pressure will be on JDSU tomorrow..other optics like ONIS or NUFO or the like might be worth a try based on a bad read by people who are trading right now.. GL
