The company plans to complete a private placement consisting of up
to 2.5 million units at $0.15. Each unit will consist of one share and one warrant to acquire an additional share for two years at
$0.20. Up to 75% of the units will be designated as flow through.
Proceeds will be used for exploration activities and working capital.
