ok so it's been a long time since i've posted on this thread.

hmm..

anyway that last co venture didn't pan out the way i hoped. but i can deal with that. it's about 100000 times in magnitude smaller than my first ordeal.

restart back to school. he he he.

now on the lookout again for mort rates.

according to bloomberg, 30 yr at 6.72 and 15 yr at 6.35

this is after 1 point cut by fed in jan 2001

economy in a mess should come out though soon.

lot of refinancing going on.
