10 British shares to one ADR Charles.
ALCRY seems to be getting some press in England. Cedric Brown is now acting CEO, the company has exercised their option to buy 70% of the Akkul field and now it is on to sell the field to the highest bidder.
Last time I commented oil was $17/barrel. with it now in the $20s it seems that it will be easier to sell this field.
At $.50/barrel assuming the field has 1 billion recoverable barrels we get $500 million value or $11/share. If we use $1/barrel and it has only 500 million recoverable barrels, we still get $11/sh. Seems pretty reasonable at $1.30/sh. This stock could go to $3-4 purely on spec. hmmm.
