I get the idea not many here are familiar with Etrade's IPO circus. Since they went to a
lottery system for allocating IPO shares, the process begins with an IOI window open for
about 2 hours; generally between 4:30-6:30 EST. Etrade does not tell what day they will
take IOIs for IPOs. However, one may monitor the Etrade IPO thread to get a good idea of what the current happenings are with the Etade IPOs.
