Thanks, Jay. I recently heard a knowledgeable speaker talk about how only a handful of companies who are touting their entry into ecommerce and are actually capable of doing direct billing, and much fewer, fulfillment. In the banking space, EBPP too has come across new hurdles and types of competition that would not have been supportable in the past absent the 'Net. It's a race to see who can conceive of or innovate around, and then implement the most effective solutions, first.

For a touch of irony, see which industry lags behind worst in Figure 1, in the article you posted. (CableCos and Telcos.)
