Japanese cellphone giant NTT DoCoMo opens Beijing office Extracted from asia.biz.yahoo.com Japanese cellphone giant NTT DoCoMo Inc. (J.NTX or 9437) has opened a representative office in Beijing, China. The company aims to strengthen ties with local cellphone operators and other telecommunications related organizations, it said. NTT DoCoMo is already active in China through its participation in field trials of third-generation cellphone services using wideband code division multiple access (W-CDMA) technology.
