Naive question..... are the numbers that you're talking about, in general terms for generic prospectus, split adjusted? Or do you have to find some small print somewhere?

The splitting of shares before an IPO is a relatively new phenom, at least to bio. If anything, splits were reverse. I've therefore never done the sort of analysis that you're doing. Seems quite useful to me, thanks!
