An ISDN line will run ATLEAST $40 month PLUS... approx. $.50 per minute! ISND was designed for business not public use. Just about every house has cable, those 5% that don't, they probably live in Montana and want their privacy. The only cost to the subscriber will be something like $19.95 for basic cable and $9.95 or $19.95 for unlimited internet access. The cable company will most likely provide you with your cable modem and installation.
