Quadrax Corporation Appoints New Director
PORTSMOUTH, R.I., Feb. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Quadrax Corp announced today that John W.
Jepson has joined the Company's Board of Directors. Mr. Jepson's appointment brings the
number of Quadrax's Board of Directors to a total of seven members. Mr. Jepson will also chair
the newly created Golf Business Advisory Board at Quadrax.
Mr. Jepson, with over 29 years of extensive experience in the golf industry, was Executive Vice
President and General Manager of the Acushnet Company's Titleist Golf Division. Subsequent to
that, Mr. Jepson was an Executive Vice President with Ben Hogan Company and he is currently
President of Noble Golf Company, which specializes in designing and manufacturing golf putters,
that he founded. Mr. Jepson holds a BSME from Northeastern University and an M.S. and Ph.D.
from Yale University.
