Bruce, WSJ Interactive address is wsj.com You have to register but it is free until August. Then they will start charging around $50/year, less if one has a subscription to the print edition. WSJ interactive has a feature called "briefing books" where one can get basic information about a company, including latest earnings and revenues, institutional ownership, stock performance over the last few 100 days, as well as most recent press releases and news items
I do not recall the kind of jobs Zycon advertised for, but your guess of production vs. professional sounds right. I ran some price-to-sales ratios using yesterday's closing prices and both HDCO and ZCON stand around 0.6-0.65, ELEX just a tad under 0.8. I find HDCO a safer bet but I have two worries (1) unlike the rest of the group they have not issued warnings on upcoming earnings, but they might do so at some point and (2) they already have large institutional ownership. At this point I'll remain on the side lines watching carefully.
